So many fun activities happening at the ELC. The ELC only has two weeks of school left! On Monday, our students will be watching a bubble show as they have been amazing Super Friends this year! Hopefully your students came home tired and happy after the Fun Run today! Even though it was inside, everyone had a great time running with the colored lights in the small gym and listening to music! Freeze Dance and Shake Your Silly's Out are always popular hits. Next week is our Fun Run! Parents are invited to join us on Friday in the upper playground. You will need to walk around the back of the school and up the stairs. Monday is Field Day for 4 classes: Ms. Chris G., Ms. Chris S., Ms. Kathy M., and Ms. Courtney! For Families of Students Leaving the ELC to go to K next year: Reminder: Complete the ELC to Kindergarten process! The transition from the Early Learning Center (ELC) to Kindergarten is an important one. Though ELC students are already enrolled in the Attleboro Public Schools and do not need to register, additional steps are required to complete the transition to Kindergarten. View the ELC to Kindergarten packet or visit the APS Website for more information regarding the process and documents that are needed to transition your child to Kindergarten.

Good evening ELC families, Tomorrow's field day is still on for the classes who had planned for Thursday. Unfortunately, Friday is being postponed due to the rainy weather. A new date will be announced as soon as we know. For those participating tomorrow, please make sure your student is wearing clothing that allows for movement, sneakers, and sunscreen.

ELC's Field Day is next week! We are watching the weather closely and will figure out another plan field day if need be. Please make sure your child is wearing sneakers and has sunscreen on prior to coming to school. Teacher Appreciation Week is next week as well. APS Redistricting: APS is in the first phase of the redistricting process. During this initial phase, data is collected and analyzed to evaluate school zoning boundaries. We ended the week with some fun. The Toe Jam Puppet Band kept all students entertained while dancing to songs about transportation, animals, and much more! Tuesday, March 25th is the last day to purchase tickets to the Someone Special Dance. Thank you to all who donated used books to the Family Fun Fair event and who have donated food pantry items.
