Jessica Patrone, Grade 2 Teacher
Jessica was born and raised in Stoughton, MA where she was surrounded by wonderful teachers who inspired her to want to become a teacher. As a first generation American and college graduate, her hardworking Portuguese parents instilled in her the importance of family and education. She currently has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State University. She also holds two teaching licenses - Elementary Education and English as a Second Language (ESL).
Fast forward to now... she is a proud resident of Attleboro, where she lives with her supportive husband and adorably loving 7 and 2 year old sons. In their free time, they love to watch movies as a family, go to the park and travel, especially to New Hampshire. As a boy mom, her family will also tell you they love to “drive Mami crazy!”
This is her 14th year of teaching. Third grade was her home for 12 years and she is excited to apply her knowledge of third grade into her first year of teaching second grade. She looks forward to taking the journey with her students as they prepare for what lies ahead!

Outside of school, Mrs. MacDonald is the mother of 3 children, 1 rescue dog, 2 rescue cats, 1 fancy leopard gecko and 3 chickens– a true “Old MacDonald” farm! When she isn’t busy taking care of animals, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, Clayton, gardening, painting, tai chi and laughing with her friends.
